Company Details

Company name, address, telephone number and email address. We also need:

• Store owner name and email address
• Generic business email address (eg: info@xyz.co.za)

Product Information

We need as much information as possible here. The more, the better your site will look:

• A spreadsheet of all product info (product name, price, SKU, description, variants etc)
• A shared folder with product images clearly labelled with product name or SKU

Branding & Corporate Identity

Please send over any branding or corporate identity related files. We can incorporate:

• Logos and brand assets
• Fonts and typography
• Banner images and photography

Tip: Use Dropbox or WeTransfer for large files.

Payment Gateway & Bank Details

Shopify supports the following South African payment gateways:

• PayStack (preferred)
• PayFast
• PayGate
• Peach Payments
• Zapper, PayJustNow, OZOW

Also provide bank details for manual payment options.

Shipping Info

Please send us your shipping/delivery charges for customers.

Tip: Keep shipping under R65 if possible by building costs into product prices.

Copy & Content

Send us whatever copy you have for the site:

• Your story, who you are, how the business started
• Refund policy and returns handling
• Videos, blog posts or audio content

Domain Details

Towards the end of your build we will need to connect your domain. Please ensure you have access to your DNS management.

We can assist with DNS changes if needed.
